Jay Z Is Being Accused Of Not Answering $600 Million Lawsuit

As Jay Z was served with a $600 million dollar lawsuit over a man alleging that Jay jacked the Brooklyn Nets logo, things are now getting a little more tricky. Dr. De Cassagnol has now taken the case a bit further citing default because Jay has yet to respond to his claims.

“For the last 10 years I’ve continuously reached out to these folks and in return all I got is insult after insult,” said Dr. De Cassagnol.  ”Now it’s time to go on trial to finally resolve these issues based on the mischief's.I had no intention of extending any time extension for the defendants.It’s time for these folks to start following the rules like everyone else.”
Nets owner Bruce Ratner is also being targeted in the case.
